The Framework for Teaching (FFT) was developed by Charlotte Danielson in 1996. The FFT has been used for over 25 years, 2021 marking the 25th anniversary. The Framework has evolved to reflect the changing landscape of teaching and learning and what research has shown us over time about what positively impacts student learning.
