Although an important part of teacher development, evaluation alone does not increase teacher and student success. In this session, instructional leaders will learn how to use the newly revised (2022) Danielson Group’s Framework for Teaching (ASCD, 2024), the most widely adopted vision of instructional excellence, to design professional learning conditions that accelerate growth for teachers and students.
